Welcome to the Special Needs Soccer Page

The Aston Youth Soccer Special Needs Program is a community-based program that is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl who has a mental or physical disability.  The program will offer soccer skills and drills that are geared toward player development in a friendly, non-competitive environment.  During each session, every child will be matched with a soccer buddy.  Soccer buddies are volunteers that provide individual support to enable each child to learn at their own pace.

Also, can you send out an email asking for volunteers for special needs?
AYSA Special Needs Soccer Program is looking for volunteers for our fall season.  The program will run on Sundays from 9/10 until 10/15 from 4-5pm.  It will be held at Pennell Elementary.  Volunteers need to be at least 11 years old (6th grade).  This is a great opportunity for students to earn volunteer hours.  If your child needs a letter or a form filled out verifying their service, just let me know.  If you have any questions, please contact Susan Vaughan at [email protected]
Thank you,
Susan Vaughan
